Hello Summer! It’s been a while since I’ve written here on the blog. Let’s face it, being pregnant with my third child is kicking the butt out of me, but I enjoy every minute of this final journey. If you follow me on Instagram, you will know that summer is my favorite month. School is out, and it’s the official start of summer. It's the return of long days, high temperatures, cookouts, barbecues, different activities, and a lot of fun! Our Kids are looking forward to playing outside with their friends.
For us parents, this also means tending to scrapes and bug bites, ensuring that our kids are protected while having fun. I've put together some must-have summer essentials for your families to help you maximize your summertime fun, so you can spend more time relaxing.
Water balloons who doesn't like water balloon fights? It's great for any age group. Whether it is a game at the playground sprinkler or backyard filling, we can all agree that kids love the idea of dumping water I'm each other, and it's a fun way to cool down.
Travel size safety kit As a boy mom, my boys, tend to be rowdy, from aimlessly running and playing tag to climbing the highest slides at the playground. Scrapes and scratches are inevitable; having travel-size first aid to mead those cuts is perfect. Sidewalk chalk my youngest loves creating. Sidewalk chalk is a way for kids who love art to foster their creativity outside during those long summer months.

Bubbles are a given for nonstop summer fun and are one easy way to entertain kids and their friends.
Bug catcher catching fireflies was my favorite thing to do as a child; even though my youngest is scared of bugs, my oldest always enjoys this fun summer evening activity.
