Easter is a fun holiday in our home. Last year our boys didn’t get to celebrate Easter because of the pandemic. This year I think it’s safe to say whether you’re looking forward to an Easter egg hunt in your backyard or those colorful baskets, we all deserve a bit of Easter magic. During spring break, I threw our boys an Easter theme Tea party because of how much they’ve grown to love it.

I found some great inspiration from Target and our local dollar store to create a beautiful Easter table for our boys. With Easter right around the corner, I thought it would be nice to share our Easter theme decorations with you.

Centerpiece

This  3 Tiered Metal Easter Tray - Spritz from Target is a great choice because it’s minimalistic and can be used for any holiday.

I added colorful Easter chocolate eggs at the top because it wouldn’t be Easter without chocolate eggs, right? I decided to do a mixture of skinny pop; (popcorns) would be good too, pretzels, white marshmallows, and more colorful Easter eggs to give that spring feeling. Colorful marshmallows are also a good addition. I completed the centerpiece with some tasty macarons.

Table chargers, Napkins & Tablecloth

I went with the solid Water Hyacinth White Washed Charger - Threshold™ from Target. I wanted an earth-tone look to make the table neutral. It worked great for the theme, but these aren’t the best chargers if you are looking for long-lasting to use for another occasion. I found a beautiful cream table cloth with brown and orange bunnies at my local dollar store. This color set the tone for the other decorative pieces. I went with the green bunny napkins from Target which are really nice and durable. I randomly placed gray foam bunnies and orange sheep on the table. That way the boys had an activity while enjoying their tea.

Easter Dishes

These neutral melamine bunny plates and cups were nicer than I thought they would be. It was perfect for our theme adding a fancy feel to tea. The design is beautiful and can be used throughout Spring.

Egg stone plate

I chose to use this decorative piece to serve some delicious coconut buns. They also come in different spring colors and can be used for a lovely brunch. 8" x 6" Stoneware Egg Salad Plate Pink - Threshold™.

Bunny and decorative egg filler

It wouldn’t be Easter without a giant bunny to complete the decorations. I love this metal cream bunny that I found at Marshalls. I also added some decorative orange and tan egg fillers and hung a gallant as decorative pieces.

You can create a kids brunch or late afternoon tea party with these decorative pieces for Easter.

Let me know what you think in the comments.
