Hello, World!

My family and I increase juicing during the pandemic because we realize it was important to take our multivitamins along with juicing. We were so happy our local supermarket is always packed with fresh fruits and vegetables. One of our favorite juice is freshly squeezed oranges with ginger. 

Coming from a Caribbean background my parents always gave my siblings and I A mixture of oranges and ginger whenever we had a cold.

Oranges are not only high in Vitamin C, but they also contain thiamine (B1) and folate (B9). Ginger has great anti inflammatory properties which help get rid of cold and flu viruses.  

As we near the one year mark of the pandemic, my husband and I continue to juice two to three times a week. We alternate between our handheld juicer for fast on the go juicing, while our Mueller Austria juicer is used for larger juicing days. Link below.

So far, freshly squeezed oranges with ginger have worked great for our family.
